早餐:馒头+牛奶+优格
午餐:荞麦面芝麻酱+烫青菜+煎鱼
零嘴:玉米片两片+香蕉
晚餐:brown rice+烫青菜+煎鸡胸肉+鲁豆干鸡蛋 (两餐分量,隔天午餐)
运动:晚饭后散步30分钟
